CUSTOMER SERVICE HEAD
Requirement :

Male or Female
Bachelor’s degree (S-1) from reputable university
Fluent in English both oral and written
Experienced in airlines and ocean freight price, containers or bulk.
Having knowledge of airlines and sea export import procedure
Communicate in an effective, efficient and dynamic way with external customers, vendors and carriers. Deliver on agreed service levels.
Gather information from traders and shipping lines on daily basis
Able to making decision for overseas problem
Having good knowledge about Customer Service job desciption
Strong leadership, having good personality, hard working and should be able to working under pressure
Having good interpersonal relationship and communication skills
Able to operating windows and Microsoft Office
