Executive Assistant & Marketing Communication

Factory in Cikarang – Bekasi

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Years of experience: min. 3 years experiences in the same field Suitable industry: Any Industries (preferably electronics manufacturing industries)

Education: Minimum Diploma 3 in Secretarial / Management with deeply knowledge inJournalism / Advertising / Communications

Languages: Indonesian, English is a must

Gender: Female

Age: Max. 35

Travel required: NA

SCOPE OF WORK

Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive of complex details andadvanced administrative duties.

Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks.

Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and preparesreports/recommendations.

Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.

Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.

Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.

Assignments may be found in various functional areas.

Assist Asia Electricity Marketing activities with communications media and advertising materials toeffectively represent the company’s products and services to customers and prospects.

To organize GM office administration, liaising to HQ in term of corporate legal issues, as well of business relations withkey customers including organizer for in house & external events launched by GM such as Year endparty and special events for key customers.

Requirements:

• Familiar with corporate activities such as organizer company event, conference, seminar, productlaunching.

• Familiar in liaison with printing suppliers, stand contractor, promotional items

• Excellent Communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia
